Baby Stats

Jessica had her four month doctor appointment on Friday.

She is definitely, without question, bigger than Jillian was.
Length: 24-3/4 inches (75th percentile)
Weight: 11 pounds, 15.5 ounces (23rd percentile)

Being the bad mom that I am, I can't find Jillian's comparative stats for that age. But here's quite a comparison - Jillian at NINE months:
Length: 26-1/2 inches (15th percentile)
Weight: 15 pounds, 4 ounces (10th percentile)

Jessica's weight isn't on a totally different track from Jillian's, but she definitely eats more than Jilly did. But check out that length! I can barely keep her in clothes. So much for her wearing all of Jillian's old stuff. Jilly's six month clothing was ALL summer. And Jessica is already in six month clothes because of her length. Geesh!!

She can already touch the floor and stand up when in the lowest setting in the jumper!

it is fascinating how different kids are...even when they are so young!
