And to Start the Week...

A giveaway! Because who doesn't love free stuff, right?!?

I was given the opportunity to try Yoplait's new Greek Yogurt last week. I received four cups of Yoplait's Greek Yogurt: two Strawberry flavored and two Honey Vanilla flavored. In the gift pack I received, I also got a $20 Giant gift card to try some more Yoplait products. Awesome!!

I was most impressed with the protein content of the yogurt. 12 grams of protein in a 6 ounce yogurt. I know, bor-ing! But really, being pregnant and nauseous, any easy way to get a little extra protein in my diet is a HUGE win. And I really liked the yogurt. It's thicker than the yogurt I usually eat, but that made it feel more like a "meal" to me. And I really loved the Strawberry flavor. It was the perfect before bedtime snack. I always get the munchies before bed (probably because I stay up too late...) and HATE waking up in the middle of the night hungry. YUCK. I picked up some more at Giant today (with my gift card!), and grabbed the Blueberry this time too to try.

Want to win a Yoplait Greek Yogurt gift pack (includes four free coupons to purchase the product AND a $20 Giant gift card!)? I'm giving one gift pack away to a lucky winner next Monday! Here's how to win.

Head over to Yoplait's Greek Yogurt website and tell me in a comment which flavor you'd like to try if you win the gift pack. (you can also print a coupon out for the yogurt right from the site!)

For an additional entry, follow my blog publicly or subscribe via a feed reader and leave a separate comment telling me that you did (or already do).

Winner will be selected next Monday (3/15/2010) using random.org's random integer generator.

**Giant and Yoplait provided me with the free product, information, and gift pack through MyBlogSpark™**

Jack has greek yogurt 'parfait' for lunch 2-3 times a week. TJ's honey yogurt + lowfat granola cereal + whatever the fruit of the day is.

YUM!

(ok, now I'm hungry...)

I am not entering to win because I don't like yogurt...I know, I know!

Just wanted to leave you a comment saying I'm thinking about you and hope you are feeling better. I saw some tweets about you having headaches. Did you read my Parts 2 & 3 of my headache journey? Hopefully, your headaches will go away soon!!

I've been thinking lately about how I bet pretty soon there will be no more "regular yogurt" on the market since Greek yogurt will surely take over with all its nutritional benefits! I'd love to try blueberry!

I stay up way too late too, so maybe I should try out the strawberry one like you! And $20 for yogurt? That's a lot of yogurt!!
